| 摘 要： | 通过对目前护理质量管理中存在的问题以及护理质量形成的分析,认为存在的问题主要与护理管理者忽视质量过程管理有关,提出:护理管理者一定要重视加强质量过程管理,发现错误和偏差,及时采取有效措施,纠正错误,做到防微杜渐.过程的完善,可以使质量圆满.加强过程管理可最终达到全员参与、全面的质量管理.

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the exiting problems in nursing quality management and the components of nursing quality,the paper views that managers' neglect of quality process management has important bearing on the existing problems,So the paper puts forward that;nursing quality managers should emphasize on strengthening quality process management,finding mistakes and errors,taking effective measures to address problems timely,to achieve the goal of checking erroneous doing at the outset.To improve the quality process management will contrbute greatly to the perfect quality.Strengthening process management can eventually achieve the goal of all staff participating and all-around quality management. |
