摘    要:为了解血卟啉衍生物(HPD)荧光敏化诊治癌症的光动力学机制,本工作对HPD的电子光谱进行了初步的研究。讨论了HPD荧光随着环境条件变化的规律,并用发光理论分析了Hp值。溶剂的极性,HPD的浓度对其发射光谱的影响。归纳整理了其实验规律并进行了定性的解释。

Abstract:In order to understand the photochemical reaction mechanism of HPD fluorescence in sensitization therapy for cancer, the electronic spectrum of HPD is tentatively studied. The laws under which HPD fluorescence changes with the environmental conditions are discussed.The effect of pH value, the polarity of solvents and the concentration of HPD on emission spectra are analsyed with the luminescence theory .The experimental laws are summarized and interpreted qualitatively.
