| 摘 要： | 采用登革Ⅱ型病毒免疫BALB/C小鼠,取脾细胞与SP2/0小鼠骨髓瘤细胞,在40％PEG1000的作用下进行融合,获得6株分泌抗登革Ⅱ型病毒单克隆抗体的杂交瘤,用间接免疫荧光法鉴定其单克隆抗体(McAb)对登革Ⅱ型病毒均有特异性。HIA和CF试验有5株McAb为CF型特异的。5株具有HIA抑制活性。

| Abstract: | By using Dengue type-2 virus(DV2) to immunize BALB/C mouse, we obtained 6 hybridoma cell strains producing monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) by fusing BALB/C mouse splenocyte with SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells in 40% PEG 1000. The McAbs all are specific against DV2 in IFA. In IFA and complement fixation test (CF), 5 strains of McAbs were CF typespecific, and another 5 were positive in haemagglutilation inhibition assay (HIA). |
