益气化浊和胃方治疗慢性隆起糜烂性胃炎临床观察

目的比较益气化浊和胃方与胃复春片治疗慢性隆起糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将56例患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(26例)。治疗组予益气化浊和胃方治疗,对照组予胃复春片治疗,比较两组治疗后的效果。结果治疗组在降低临床症状评分方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组临床有效率分别为86.67%和53.84%,经R idit检验,两组疗效差别有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论益气化浊和胃方治疗慢性隆起糜烂性胃炎有效且优于胃复春片。

Clinical Study on Yiqi_Huazhuo_Hewei_Fang for Treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis Protuberans

Objective To compare clinical therapeutic effects of Yiqi_Huazhuo_Hewei_Fang and Weifuchun tablet on patients with chronic erosive gastritis protuberans.Methods Fifty-six cases were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=30) treated by Yiqi_Huazhuo_Hewei_Fang and a control group(n=26) treated by Weifuchun tablet.Their clinical therapeutic effects were compared after treatment.Results The treatment group in the decrease of the score for clinic symptoms was superior to the control group with significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 86.67%and 53.84% respectively.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group with very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Yiqi_Huazhuo_Hewei_Fang is an effective therapy with a therapeutic egfect better than that of the Weifuchun tablet for treatment of chronic erosive gastritis protuberans.
