| 摘 要： | 目的:观察开心片治疗心脏神经官能症患者的临床疗效及对患者生存质量的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准患者随机分为两组,观察组57例予开心片(由香附、川芎、苍术、神曲、栀子、西洋参、山楂、蒲黄、红花等组成)治疗,对照组58例予美托洛尔片治疗。观察两组患者临床症状、心电图等治疗前后的变化,并采用生存质量量表评价两组患者治疗前后的生存质量。结果:观察组总有效率为91.23%,对照组为74.14%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组在改善患者生存质量方面亦优于对照组,两组比较,差异非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:开心片治疗心脏神经官能症疗效确切,且能较好地改善患者的生存质量。
