行为个性及情感因素对冠心病患者血脂代谢的影响

目的：研究行为个性及情感因素对冠心病患者血脂代谢的影响，为冠心病患者的心理干预提供依据。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、焦虑抑郁量表（SAS）、（SDS）和艾森克问卷评定112例已确诊冠心病患者，同时测定血清中血脂浓度。结果：冠心病患者SCL-90的各项评分（总分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性）及其它均显著高于正常，同时SAS总分、SDS总分也比国内正常显著增高；冠心病组N分极显著高于正常组（P〈0．01）．而E、P、L无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：行为特征与焦虑情绪有明显的相关性，且对血脂代谢有明显的影响。

The effect of behavioral characteristic ,emotional factors on serum lipid concentration of coronary heart disease.

Objective:To study the relations with behavioral characteristic,emotional factors and serum lipid concentration(SLC) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:112 CHD patients were investigated on the basis of symptom check list-90(SCL-90),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS) and Eysenck personality Questionnaire(EPQ),and SLC were measured.Results:The scores of SCL-90 in the CHD groups were significantly higher than those of normal group(P<0.01),The scores of SDS and SAS in the CHD group were significantly higher than those of normal group(P<0.01),The scores of EPQ in the CHD groups were significantly higher than those of the normal groups(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:There were mutual affections behavioral characteristics,emotional factors and the SLC were affected in CHD patients also.
