| 摘 要： | 本文报告了青蒿油对6种真菌的抗真菌作用和治疗皮肤癣菌病的临床疗效。其最低抑菌浓度为:红色毛癣菌、絮状表皮癣菌为0.0625%,大脑样毛癣菌、石膏样小孢子菌0.25%,石膏样毛癣菌0.5%,白念珠菌为2%。以5%青蒿油搽剂治疗皮肤真菌病44例、2%咪康唑霜治疗31例及60%DISO(二甲基亚砜为基质剂)治疗30例,其治愈率分别为77.%、67.7%及26.7%。

| Abstract: | The results of antifungal effect of Qinghao-oil in vitro and clinical eff-icacy were reported in this article.Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC)of Qinghao-oil for T. rubrum and E.floccosum was 0.0625%;T.cerebrifor-me and M.gypseum, 0.25%;T. gypseum, 0.5%;and C. albicans, 2%.The curing rates of 5% Qinghao-oil Liniment (44 cases), 2% Miconazolecream (31 cases) and 60% DISO (30 cases) were 77.3%,67.7% and 26.7%respectively. The authors suggested that 5% Qinghao-oil Liniment was avaIuable preparation for treatment of dermatophytosas. |
