遗传过敏性皮炎分型的实验研究

本文基于遗传过敏性皮炎(AD)患者临床特点,将其分为PAD、ADR、ADI和ADRI等临床亚型。并从遗传、免疫和环核苷酸代谢等方面对四型AD进行实验室研究。结果显示各型AD在上述各方面有多种异常表现,说明本病的发病机制相当复杂。结合四型AD患者在临床表现及实验室中所见的异同点,提示AD是一种体质性异质性疾病。

LABORATORY STUDIES ON SUBSETS OF ATOPIC DERMATITIS

On the basis of clinical characteristics of the patients with atopic der-matitis (AD),we divided AD into "pure" AD (PAD), AD with respira-tory allergy (ADR), AD with ichthyosis (ADI) and AD with both respira-tory allergy and ichthyosis vulgaris(ADRI). The purpose of the study is tounderstand the pathogenesis and relationship among the four subsets of ADin the laboratory studies on the genetics,immunology and cyclic nucleotidemetabolism. The obviously abnormal results of the determinations wereshown in four subsets of AD, indicating that the pathogenesis of AD is verycomplicated. The common characteristics and the different clinical featuresand determinations existed among the four subsets of AD,suggesting that ADis a constitutional and heterogeneous disease.
