我院在护理安全管理中的做法与成效

目的探讨有效的护理缺陷管理方法，确保护理安全，提高护理质量。方法建立科学的组织管理体系，对护理缺陷实行非惩罚性呈报制，即对科室上报的护理缺陷以非惩罚性、保密性为处理原则，然后汇总形成完善的整改措施，再反馈到科室，并追踪改进效果。根据上报情况给予一定的奖励。结果护理缺陷上报率明显提高（P〈0．01），用药差错、皮肤压力伤、病人坠床等发生率明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论在护理安全管理中，非惩罚性护理缺陷呈报是一种行之有效的管理方法。
