Abstract:A 44-year-old man with a history of a foreign body in his right eye visited our hospital. On computed tomography a well-enhanced mass with low attenuation septal walls and a capsule was detected in the right orbit. On magnetic resonance imaging the mass showed inhomogenous high intensity on T2-weighted images and low intensity on diffusion-weighted images. The mass was histopathologically diagnosed as a lobular capillary hemangioma. This is the first report about image findings of lobular capillary hemangioma in the orbit.
