中老年男女性激素内环境紊乱与血脂、血压变化的研究

目的探讨中老年男女性激素变化趋势相反却出现血脂代谢紊乱、高血压等相同病理变化的可能原因.方法选择符合健康老年人标准、年龄50岁～69岁的男性435例,女性331例,测定其血压,检测血清T、E2、TG、TC、HDL等指标并计算T/E2、HDL/TC,进行性激素与血脂、血压相关关系分析.结果T、E2、T/E2、与TG、TC、HDL、HDL/TC、SBP、DBP、MBP分别呈现不同程度的正负相关关系,男女两性相关关系正好完全相反.结论男女主导性激素不同,性激素内环境紊乱(T/E2)是导致血脂代谢紊乱和高血压病的主要原因.

To Study the Correlation between Disorder of Sex Hormone and Change of Lipid and Blood Pressure in the Middle and Old Aged Men and Women

Objective To probe the possible causes of the same pathologic results of lipid metabolism disorder and hypertension developed in the middle and old aged men and women which have different alternative tendency of sex hormones.Methods According to the criteria of health for old people ,435 males and 331 females ,50 to 69 year old ,were chosen,determined the items of serum testosterone(T),estrogen(E 2),TG,TC and HDL,and calculated the ratio of T/E 2,HDL/TC,analyzed the correlation between the sex hormones and serum lipid and blood pressure Results There was in some extent negative or positive correlation between T,E 2,T/E 2 and TG,TC,HDL/TC,SBP,DBP,MBP. Conclution The dominant sex hormone is different for sexual distinction,the disorder of ratio of T/E 2 is the main cause of lipid metabolic disorder and hypertension.
