输液泵输注生长抑素治疗胰腺炎的疗效观察及护理

目的观察使用输液泵输注生长抑素治疗胰腺炎的效果。方法对104例急性胰腺炎患者，使用生长抑素治疗并按榆注方式不同分为输液泵组（观察组）54例和人工调速组（对照组）50例。观察两组病员治疗效果、输液速度改变及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比，观察组病员血淀粉酶、血白细胞计数恢复正常及腹部症状体征消失的时间均明显缩短P〈0．05），输液速度改变发生率低（P〈0．01），不良反应发生率低（P〈0．05）。结论使用输液泵持续输入生长抑素治疗胰腺炎，对维持有效血药浓度，迅速缓解病情方面具有积极作用，可以有效减少病员对药物不良反应的发生，值得在临床上推广使用。

Effect and nursing of somatostatin transfusion with pump for pancreatitis

Objective To observe the effect of somatostatin transfusion with pump for pancreatitis. Methods 104 patients with pancreatitis treated with somatosatin were divided into two groups including infusion pump/observing group （n= 54） and speed manual/control group（n= 50）. The effect, change of infusion velocity and adverse reactions were observed. Results The time of serum amylase and WBC count to normal in observing group was shorter than that of control group. The abdominal symptoms and signs disappeared earlier than that of control group. Conclusion It is useful to maintain effective plasma concentration, alleviate the condition, reduce the adverse reactions for panereatitis patients with somatostatin transfusion with pump.
