摘    要:目的 调查某医学院校《环境卫生学》课程教学服务质量的现状,并分析原因,为《环境卫生学》教学服务质量的改善和提高提供依据。方法 调查量表采用SPSS分析其信度和效度,参照感知-期望模型判断教学服务质量改进顺序。结果 Cronbach’s α系数、累计贡献率、最大因子负荷和共同度值分别为0.796,75.00%,0.479和0.685,表明调查量表具有较好的信度和效度;课程教学服务的有形性和情感性维度部分指标属高期望低感知水平,需采取措施加以改进和提高。结论 转变教学思维模式、加大硬件设施投入及树立以学生为本的教师服务意识有利于提高课程教学服务质量水平。

Abstract:Objective To provide the basis for improving the teaching service quality of Environment Hygiene in a medical college,and to investigate and analyze the status quo on the teaching service quality of the Environment Hygiene subject. Methods The reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed by SPSS 18.0. The prioritization how the teaching service projects should be improved was identified by the perception-expectation model. Results It indicated the scale had good internal consistency and construct validity with the Cronbach′s α coefficient,cumulative explained rate,max factor loading and communality of 0.796,75.00%,0.479 and 0.685,respectively. Some projects of the tangible dimension and empathy dimension belonged to high expectation level and low perception level. Therefore,it was necessary to take measures to improve these projects. Conclusion Changing the teaching thinking model,increasing investment in facilities and building the service consciousness which takes students as a center are effective measures to improve the level of teaching service quality.
