流感监测网络现况及展望

随着医疗水平的提高，流感的临床症状诊断和实验室诊断水平也在不断提高，在此基础上，健全和稳定的流感监测网络的建立顺势而生，目前我国各个地区流感监测网络系统都已基本建立，也取得一定的成效，但在预测流感发生的时间和数量方面的准确性仍不理想，对流感疫情的预测和预警能力，还需要进一步提升。本文就国内流感监测网络系统的研究与进展进行综述，以期对我国流感监测网络系统进一步的发展提供参考资料。

The status and Outlook of Influenza surveillance network system

With the development of medical methodology, the clinical symptom and laboratory diagnosis of influenza have been improved. Based on this, a sound and stable influenza surveillance network was created. So far, the influenza surveillance network has been established in most regions of China. Although a certain effect had been seen, the prediction accuracy and timely warning are still to be improved. We reviewed the research progress of the domestic influenza surveillance network system in this article, in order to provide scientific evidence for the further development of influenza surveillance network system in China.
