新生儿辅助排气抱枕对改善新生儿哭闹的效果分析

目的：探究新生儿辅助排气抱枕对改善新生儿哭闹的效果。方法：选取2019年8月～2021年7月期间在我院分娩的82例新生儿作为观察对象,通过随机信封法将82例新生儿分为两组：参照组41例(常规护理联合腹部按摩)和观察组41例(常规护理联合辅助排气抱枕)。对比两组新生儿在不同护理方法1d、3d、5d的哭闹例数及家属、产妇对护理的总满意度。结果：护理前,两组新生儿哭闹例数无差异,无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；护理后,两组新生儿哭闹例数均有所改善,但观察组新生儿哭闹例数明显少于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组产妇及家属对我院护理工作总满意度高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：新生儿在哭闹过程中,采取相应的护理措施并联合辅助排气抱枕,可有效地减少新生儿哭闹的次数,提高产妇及家属对我院护理工作的认可,值得临床推广。

Analysis of the effect of neonatal assisted exhaust holding pillow on improving neonatal crying

Objective: To explore the effect of neonatal assisted exhaust pillow on improving neonatal crying.Methods: 82 neonates delivered in our hospital from August 2019 to July 2021 were selected as observation objects, and 82 neonates were divided into two groups: 41 cases in reference group (routine care combined with abdominal massage) and 41 cases in observation group (routine care combined with assisted exhaust pillow) by random envelope method.The number of crying cases at 1d, 3d and 5d and the total satisfaction of family and maternal women on care were compared.Results: Before nursing, the two groups were different (P> 0.05); after nursing, the cases improved, but the observation group was significantly less than the reference group, the difference was significant (P <0.05).The total satisfaction of the observed women and their family members with the nursing work of our hospital was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: In the process of newborn crying, taking corresponding nursing measures and combining auxiliary exhaust pillow can effectively reduce the number of newborn crying, improve the recognition of our hospital, which is worth clinical promotion.
