| 摘 要： | 胰岛素抵抗(IR)是指机体组织细胞对胰岛素的敏感性下降的一种状态。研究发现IR与心力衰竭(heart failure, HF)密切相关,IR可促进HF的发生发展,HF的加重也可反过来促进IR,IR和HF的恶性循环会不断导致HF的恶化和IR的加重。本文简要介绍了IR与心力衰竭关系的研究进展。

Research progress on the relationship between insulin resistance and heart failure |

| Abstract: | Insulin resistance (IR) is a state in which body tissues have a lowered level of response to insulin. Studies have found a close relationship between IR and heart failure (HF). IR contributes to the development of heart failure and aggravated heart failure can promote the development of IR. This vicious cycle between IR and heart failure may cause the deterioration of heart failure and the promotion of IR. This article reviews the research progress in the relationship between IR and heart failure. |
