翻转课堂教学模式在医学统计学教学中的应用与思考

摘    要:目的 探索翻转课堂教学模式在七年制中医专业医学统计学教学中的应用。方法 整群抽取中医七年制2个班117名学生作为研究对象,七年制1班(实验组)57人,七年制2班(对照组)60人,实验组采取翻转课堂教学模式结合传统教学法进行教学,对照组采用单纯传统教学法,根据考试成绩评估教学效果,并对实验组学生进行问卷调查。结果 实验组该门学科的考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.01),其中概念和理解题型的分数实验组高于对照组(P<0.01),应用题型分数两班差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 翻转课堂教学模式结合传统教学方法可以使学生获得更好的学习效果,提高对基本概念的理解能力,促进统计学思维的形成。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of Flipped Class Model for the teaching of Medical Statistics for seven-year program traditional Chinese medical science. Methods A total of 117 students from two classes of seven-year program traditional Chinese medical science were enrolled into the study by cluster samplingTest group had 57 students from class 1,and the control group had 60 students from class 2.The test group received the teaching of inverted classroom combined traditional classroom,and the control group received the teaching of the traditional classroom aloneTeaching effectiveness of the two groups was evaluated by quiz scores,and a questionnaire survey was performed for the test group. Results The test scores of the test group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05),and the scores of the concept and understanding in the test group were also higher (P<0.01). Conclusion Flipped Class Model combined with traditional-classroom teaching method can give students a better learning effect of medical statistics,improve the ability of understanding of the basic concepts and promote the formation of statistical thinking.
