医务人员工作满意度量表的制定

目的 编制并评价新医改后医务人员工作满意度量表。方法 按照量表研制的步骤制定量表。调查广州市230名医务人员的工作满意度,分析其信效度。结果 量表由5个维度共35个条目组成。量表回收率97.8%;条目总缺失率3.4%;总克朗巴哈系数0.98;大多数条目与所属维度相关性比与其他维度强;提取特征根大于1的因子共5个,总方差贡献率71.04%;证实性因子分析得卡方与自由度比值3.25,近似误差均方根0.10,相对拟合指数0.83。结论 医务人员工作满意度量表有较好的可行性、信度及效度,可用于测量新医改后医务人员的工作满意度。

Design of job satisfaction scale for medical staff

Objective To develop a job satisfaction scale for medical staff in Guangdong Province,and to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Methods The job satisfaction scale was devised and constructed based on literature reviews,focus groups and Delphi method. The data were collected in a stratified random sample of 230 medical staff in Guangzhou city. Reliability and validity were evaluated based on the investigation results. Results The scale was composed of 35 items belonging to 5 dimensions. The response rate was 97.8%. The miss rate of total items was 3.4%. The alpha coefficient was 0.98. Most correlation coefficients between items and their hypothesized subscales were higher than those with other subscales. Five factors of eigenvalues>1 were extracted. The total ratio of variance contribution was 71.04%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the indices of the goodness of fit /df,RMSER and CFI were 3.25,0.10 and 0.83,respectively. Conclusion The job satisfaction scale is feasible,reliable and valid,and can be used to evaluate the job satisfaction of medical staff after health care system reform.
