Abstract: | Objective:To experience the perioperative care of 92 children of necrotizing enterocolitis with intestinal perforation.Methods: In this study, 92 children with necrotizing enterocolitis with intestinal perforation were admitted from March 2020 to February 2021, which were divided into two groups: children in the control group received routine nursing guidance; the experimental group received personalized nursing guidance to analyze the nursing effect of children during perioperation.Results:Comparison of comprehensive treatment compliance rate: 45 cases (97.83%) in the experimental group and 40 cases (86.96%) in the control group, (p <0.05).Comparison of comprehensive nursing efficiency: 45 cases (97.83%) in the experimental group and 39 cases (84.78%) in the control group, (p <0.05).Two cases (4.35%) and 8 cases (17.39%) occurred (p <0.05); before the intervention, the neurological function, physiological function and limb function of the two groups were not different and the score, the comprehensive function was improved and the recovery effect was good, indicating the ideal effect under perioperative care.Conclusion:The application of personalized nursing measures to the perioperative nursing of pediatric necrotizing enterocolitis with intestinal perforation can improve the nursing effect, such as compliance rate and efficiency, and reduce the occurrence of clinical adverse reactions. |
