摘    要:摘要:目的 系统评价维生素E与阿尔茨海默病发病的关系。方法 电子检索PubMed、EMBase、万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库中有关维生素E与阿尔茨海默病关系的病例对照研究,检索时间截止至2015年9月。由2名研究者按照严格的纳入和排除标准筛选文献并进行质量评价。运用Stata11.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入15篇文献,包含研究对象1 702例,其中阿尔茨海默病患者660例,对照1 042例。经Meta分析显示,阿尔茨海默病患者维生素E水平低于对照组,WMD = -5.86 μmol/L (95%CI : -7.76 μmol/L ~-3.95 μmol/L,P < 0.001)。漏斗图及Egger’s检验显示无发表偏倚,剪补法显示结果比较稳健。结论 维生素E可能是阿尔茨海默病的危险因素。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The study was conducted to systematically evaluate the correlation between vitamin E and Alzheimer's disease. Methods Case-control studies on the correlation between vitamin E and Alzheimer's disease published before September of 2015 were retrieved from electronic databases, including PubMed, EMBase, Wanfang Data, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure database (CNKI), and VIP database. The literatures were screened by two researchers according to strict inclusion and exclusion criteria and quality of the literatures was assessed. Stata 11.0 software was used for Meta analysis. Results A total of 15 literatures were included and 1702 research subjects were extracted, including 660 patients with Alzheimer's disease and 1042 controles. Meta analysis showed that vitamin E level of the patients (WMD=-5.86 umol/L) was lower than that of the control group (95%CI: -7.76 umol/L to -3.95 umol/L, P < 0.001). Funnel plot and Egger's test showed no publication bias, and trim and filling method revealed that the results were consistent. Conclusion Vitamin E level may be the risk factor for Alzheimer's disease.
