情绪管理训练对精神分裂症患者近期情感表达及认知功能的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨情绪管理训练对精神分裂症患者近期内情感表达及认知功能的影响。 方法 将70例精神分裂症患者随机分为试验组35例,对照组35例,均接受常规治疗及常规护理干预,在此基础上试验组予以情绪管理训练,观察8周。于训练前后采用伯克利表现力问卷(BEQ)评定情感表达水平,关系变化量表(RCS)评定人际关系状况,社会行为量表(SBS)评定社会行为能力,重复性成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)评定认知功能状况。 结果 训练后试验组BEQ、RCS评分均较训练前升高(P<0.001),且显著高于对照组(P<0.001);SBS评分较训练前下降(P<0.001),且显著低于对照组(P<0.001);RBANS的词汇学习、故事记忆、线条角度、图片命名、言语流畅、数字广度、编码、故事回忆及词汇再识测验结果均较训练前提高(P<0.05或0.001),且显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.001);对照组训练前后BEQ、RCS、SBS评分及RBANS各项测验结果比较均无显著变化(P>0.05)。 结论 情绪管理训练能提高精神分裂症患者的情感表达水平,改善患者的认知功能,提高人际交往能力和社会行为能力,对促进患者的全面康复具有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective The objective of the study was to explore the influence of emotion management training on short-term emotional expression and cognitive function among patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 70 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=35) and a control group (n=35); both of the two groups received routing treatment and routing nursing intervention, and the experimental group received emotion management training in addition to the routing treatments and nursing intervention for a total of 8 weeks. Before and after the training, the levels of emotion expression, interpersonal relationship, social behavioral ability, and cognitive function were assessed by Berkeley Expressivity Questionnaire (BEQ), Relationship Change Scale (RCS), Social Behavior Scale (SBS), Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status (RBANS), respectively. Results The scores on BEQ and RCS of the experimental group after the training were higher than those before the training (P<0.001), and higher than those of the control group significantly (P<0.001). The score on SBS of the experimental group after the training was lower than that before the training (P<0.001), and lower than that of the control group significantly (P<0.001). The scores on vocabulary learning, story memorization, angle of lines, picture naming, verbal fluency, digit span, encoding, story recalling, and vocabulary recognition of RBANS after the training were higher than those before the training (P<0.05 or P>0.001), and higher than those of the control group significantly (P<0.001). Difference in the scores on BEQ, RCS, SBS, and RBANS of the control group was not statistically significant before and after the training (P>0.05). Conclusion The emotion management training can improve the level of emotion expression and cognitive function, enhance patients' interpersonal skills and social behavioral ability, and has an important role in comprehensive recovery of the patients.
