河南省居民糖尿病知晓率、治疗率、控制率调查

摘要:目的 了解河南省居民糖尿病知晓、治疗及控制情况，为糖尿病的预防和控制提供依据。方法 采用多阶段随机抽样，调查15～74岁常住居民18 772人，调查内容包括检测血糖及糖尿病相关情况。结果 糖尿病患者知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为35.3%、26.7%、10.0%。不同年龄段糖尿病患者的知晓率、治疗率、控制率 差异有统计学意义（χ2= 56.453, P＜0.001；χ2=54.157，P＜0.001；χ2=19.384, P＜0.001）。城市糖尿病患者知晓率、治疗率和控制率均高于农村糖尿病患者（χ2= 53.441, P＜0.001；χ2=21.014， P＜0.001；χ2=34.057，P＜0.001）。结论 河南省糖尿病患者的知晓率、治疗率、控制率均较低，糖尿病综合防治工作的重点是推进健康教育和基本公共卫生服务工作。针对不同人群的特点来开展健康教育，为农村居民提供更多健康服务，提高城市糖尿病患者的依从性是河南省糖尿病防控的关键。

Survey on the awareness,treatment, and control rates of diabetes among residents in Henan Province

Abstract:Objective The objective of the study was to assess the status of awareness, treatment, and control rates of diabetes among residents in Henan Province, and thus to provide a reference for the prevention and control of diabetes. Methods A total of 18 772 residents aged between 15 and 74 were selected by multistage random sampling, and were surveyed for their blood glucose levels and diabetes-related conditions. Results The rates of awareness, treatment, and control among diabetic patients were 35.3%, 26.7%, and 10.0%, respectively; and was shown to vary by age (χ2=56.453, P＜0.001; χ2=54.157, P＜0.001; χ2=19.384, P＜0.001). Diabetic patients in urban areas had higher rates of awareness, treatment, and control than those in rural areas (χ2=53.441, P＜0.001; χ2=21.014, P＜0.001;χ2=34.057, P＜0.001). Conclusion The rates of awareness, treatment, and control are poor among residents in Henan Province. Comprehensive prevention and treatment of diabetes should be focused on promoting health education and basic public health services. Developing targeting health education for different populations, providing more health services for rural residents, and improving treatment compliance of urban diabetic patients are the keys to effective prevent and control of diabetes in Henan province.
