摘    要:目的 了解南昌市使用的吸附无细胞百白破疫苗的安全性。方法 分析南昌市 2010 - 2015 年通过全国疑似预防接种异常反应信息管理系统收集到的与接种百白破疫苗有关的 AEFI(疑似预防接种异常反应) 数据。结果 南昌市 2010 - 2015年共报告与接种百白破疫苗有关的 AEFI 病例 275例,报告发生率为15.90/10 万,男女性别比为 2.31∶1,多发生在第4剂次和接种后≤1 d。不良反应中,一般反应233例,报告发生率为 15.90/10 万,以发热、红肿、硬结为主,预防接种异常反应40例,报告发生率为 2.31/10 万,过敏性皮疹最多,有 24例,报告发生率为 1.39/10万。结论 南昌市使用的百白破疫苗不良反应报告发生率在预期发生范围内,具有较好的安全性。

Abstract:Objective The study aimed to assess the safety of DTaP used in Nanchang District. Methods Data on adverse events following immunization (AEFI) with DTaP from the National AEFI Information Management System in Nanchang District between 2010 and 2015 were analyzed. Results A total of 275 AEFI cases related to DTaP were reported in Nanchang District between 2010 and 2015, with an incidence of 15.90/100000. The ratio of male: female was 2.31:1. Vaccine reactions often occurred in the fourth dose and within 1 day after vaccination. In all vaccine reactions, the cases included 233 cases of common vaccine reactions, with an incidence of 15.90/100000. The main symptoms of common vaccine reactions were fever, local swelling and indurations. The cases included 40 cases of adverse reactions, with an incidence of 2.31/100000. Allergic eruption was the most common adverse reactions, with 24 cases reported and an incidence of 1.39/100000. Conclusion The estimated incidence of adverse reactions following DTaP immunization in Nanchang District was within the safety range, confirming the safety of the vaccine.
