摘    要:摘要:目的 分析唐山市妇幼保健院产科门诊孕妇生殖道感染病原菌的构成特点及其耐药性变化,为优生优育及临床合理用药提供理论依据。方法 对2013-2014年产科门诊生殖道标本进行常规试验检测,并对所分离出的病原菌及其耐药性进行总结分析。结果 送检标本共5240份,共检出病原菌403株,阳性检出率7.69%;其中大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、无乳链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、念珠菌等占比例较大,分别为29.78%、25.31%、11.91%、6.95%、14.88%;金黄色葡萄球菌、革兰阴性杆菌和链球菌属对常用抗菌药物耐药较为严重,且呈多重药耐药。结论 对孕妇生殖道分泌物进行培养检测,可为临床合理用药提供重要的理论依据,并降低母婴围产期感染的并发症发生的几率。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To study the reproductive tract infections and drug resistance of pathogenic changes on pregnant women in maternity clinic of maternal and child health hospital, Tangshan, which provides a theoretical basis for rational drug use. Methods Obstetric clinics genital specimens for routine tests were collected from 2013 to 2014, and the isolated pathogens and drug resistance were analyzed. Results A total of 5240 samples were collected and 403 pathogens were detected, of which the positive rate was 7.69%; among all pathogens Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Streptococcus agalactiae, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida were most common, of which the percentages were 29.78%, 25.31%, 11.91%, 6.95%, and 14.88% respectively. Staphylococcus aureus, gram-negative bacilli and Streptococcus specimens showed strong multiple drug resistance to the commonly used antimicrobial drugs. Conclusion The tests of genital secretions in pregnant women can provide important theoretical basis for the clinical use of drugs, as well as to reduce the risk of mother to child infection complications during the perinatal period.
