不同移动频次艾滋病病例特征及影响因素分析

摘要:目的 分析不同移动频次艾滋病病例特征及影响因素。方法 收集内蒙古自治区2015年6月前艾滋病病例报告病例数据信息，按5年平均移动频次分为6类（f = 0次，0 ＜ f ＜ 2，2 ≤ f ＜ 4,4 ≤f ＜ 6,6 ≤ f ＜ 8,8 ≤ f），采用SPSS19.0软件包进行统计分析。结果 不同移动频次病例间年龄、性别、民族、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况和户籍省、性病史、疾病状态、本次诊断为HIV阳性前HIV检测情况、接触史和感染途径均有统计学差异（P ＜ 0.05），且移动频次与年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、户籍所在省、性病史、疾病状态、本次诊断为HIV阳性前是否做过HIV检测均有关。高移动频次病例的特征及影响因素主要为:25～44岁年龄段、男性、未婚、汉族、初中及以上文化、省内移动、有性病史、疾病状态为HIV、有非婚异性接触史和同性接触史、异性传播和同性传播。结论 不同移动频次的艾滋病病例特征不同，影响因素较多且复杂。

Analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of AIDS cases among groups of different mobile frequency

Abstract: Objective This study was to analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of AIDS cases. Methods Data on HIV/AIDS cases of Inner Mongolian before June 2015 was collected through case reporting system. AIDS cases were divided into six categories in accordance with the five-year moving average frequency, and data was analyzed by SPSS19.0．Results There were significant differences in AIDS cases between groups with different mobile frequency. Age, sex, ethnicity, education level, occupation, marital status and residence, sexual history, disease state, HIV test situation before a diagnosis of HIV-positive, contact history and route of infection all differed with mobile frequency (P < 0.05), indicating these were all influencing factors. Characteristics and influencing factors of high frequency mobile cases were mainly age of 25-44, male, unmarried, Han nationality, junior school and higher education, movement within province, sexual history, the status of HIV, exposure to non-marital heterosexual and homosexual contact. Conclusion The characteristics of AIDS cases of different mobile frequencies and the influencing factors are complicated.
