摘    要:摘要:目的 建立同时测定茶叶中Be、B、Al、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Mo、Ag、Cd、Sb、Ba、Tl、Pb的ICP-MS方法。探究茶叶中金属溶出条件,指导健康的饮茶方式。方法 样品经微波消解或模拟浸泡60 min,再酸化过滤,滤液用ICP-MS法检测。结果本法线性范围为0.5 μg/L~500 μg/L,检出限为0.001 mg/kg~0.13 mg/kg,回收率为80%~120%。结论 本法简便、快速、可靠,可用于不同茶叶样品中18种元素的同时测定。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to establish an ICP-MS method for simultaneous determination of 18 elements including Be, B, Al, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sb, Ba, Tl and Pb in tea, as well as to explore the dissolution condition of the elements and guide the healthy drinking of tea. Methods The samples were digested with microwave method or soaked for 60 min in boiling water and then filtered. And finally the elements in sample solutions were determined by ICP-MS. Results The linear range of this method was 0.5-500μg/L, the detection limit was 0.001-0.13mg/kg, and recovery rate was 80-120%. Conclusion This method is simple, fast, reliable, and can be used in the simultaneous determination of 18 elements in tea.
