急性心肌梗死患者急性应激反应及其影响因素研究

目的 了解急性心肌梗死患者急性应激反应情况及其与性格、胸痛和社会支持的关系。方法 对2015年7 - 12月唐山工人医院急性心肌梗死患者301例，采用一般资料、斯坦福急性应激反应问卷、社会支持评定量表和疼痛视觉模拟评分尺对患者的年龄、性别等一般情况、急性应激反应和社会支持情况进行评测。结果 301例患者SASRQ分均值为（42.43±26.679）分，SASRQ总分介57 ～150分者82例，占27.2%；年龄、文化程度、性格、胸痛和社会支持进入SASRQ总分回归方程，文化水平低、内向、胸痛严重及社会支持度低者在SASRQ总分及各个维度评分较高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 急性心肌梗死患者存在明显的急性应激反应，社会支持低、内向性格和胸痛越严重则AMI患者发生急性应激反应的可能性越大。

Acute Stress Reaction and its Influencing Factors in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective This work was to investigate the incidence of disposition, social support and chest pain in acute myocardial infarction patients with acute stress response. Methods 301 AMI patients of Tangshan Gongren Hospital from July to December in 2015 were surveyed. General information, Stanford acute stress reaction questionnaire, Social Sating Rating Scale and Visual Analogue Scale scale were used to make the survey. Results The mean score of SASRQ was 42.43 (±26.679). 27.2% had scores ≥ 57. Marital status, disposition, social support and chest pain were included into the regression equation. Low marital status, social support and severe chest pain had high score in SASRQ total score and each dimension, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The AMI patients have serious acute stress response, the individuals who have lower social support, introverted and severe chest pain may be more likely to have acute stress response.
