肌减少性肥胖与高血压的相关性研究

目的 探讨肌减少性肥胖与高血压的相关性。方法 入选在潍坊市体检成人1 302例，采用Inbody720体成分分析仪检测四肢骨骼肌含量。疾病关联度应用χ2检验的比数比(OR值)分析，对相关危险因素进行Logistic多元回归分析。结果 ①肌减少性肥胖检出率为49.0%，其中男性为45.8%，女性为28.2%，男女肌性肥胖检出率差异有统计学意义（χ2 = 10.09，P ＜0.001）；肌减少性肥胖的高血压发生率与正常者相比差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 14.74，P = 0.001)。②年龄每增加一个等级，高血压患病危险增加2.34倍。去除年龄、肥胖等混杂效应，高血压的发生与肌减少性肥胖仍具有相关性。结论 肌减少的肥胖与高血压有关联性，提示肌减少性肥胖与慢性疾病的发生密切相关。

Research on relationships between sarcopenic obesity and hypertension

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between sarcopenic obesity and hypertension. Methods Random sampling method was used to choose 434 cases of adult who had physical examination from people's hospital in Weifang and Inbody720 body composition analyzer was used to detect the contents of limb skeletal muscle. The odd ratio (OR) was analyzed by chi-square test, the disease risk was analyzed by logistic regression. Results ①The detection rate of the sarcopenic obesity was 48.98%, while 45.8% was men and 28.2% was women. The rate of hypertension in sarcopenic obesity group was much higher than that in the normal group (χ2 = 14.74，P = 0.001). ②When age increased one level the OR of the hypertension increased 2.336 times. There was still connection between the occurrence of high blood pressure and sarcopenic obesity besides the influence of age and obesity. Conclusion There was relationship between sarcopenic obesity and hypertension. Prompting that sarcopenic obesity was closely related to chronic disease.
