江西省某医学院校农村订单定向医学生生命意义感在乐观与生活满意度间的中介作用

目的 探讨江西省某医学院校农村订单定向医学生生命意义感在乐观和生活满意度之间的中介作用。方法 采用乐观人格倾向问卷（LOT）、生命意义感问卷（PIL）以及生活满意度量表（SWLS），对江西省某医学院校738名定向医学生进行调查。结果 生命意义感和乐观总分、生活满意度显著正相关（r值分别为0.42、0.51，P＜0.001）；乐观总分和生活满意度显著正相关（r = 0.19，P＜0.001）。生命意义感在乐观和生活满意度之间起完全中介效应。中介效应占总效应的比例为84.21%。结论 江西省某医学院校农村订单定向医学生的乐观通过生命意义感影响生活满意度。

The mediating effect of sense of life meaning for rural order oriented medical students from a medical college in Jiangxi province between optimism and life satisfaction

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the mediating effect of sense of life meaning for rural order oriented medical students between optimism and life satisfaction. Methods A total of 738 rural order oriented medical students were tested by LOT, PIL and SWLS. Results Sense of life meaning had significant positive correlation with the total score of optimism and life satisfaction (r1=0.42, r2=0.51, P<0.001). The total score of optimism had significant positive correlation with life satisfaction (r=0.19, P<0.001). Sense of life meaning was a full mediator on relationship between optimism and life satisfaction. Sense of life meaning for free medical students was a full mediator on relationship between optimism and life satisfaction. The percentage of mediating role in all roles was 84.21%. Conclusion Optimism of rural order oriented medical students from a medical college in Jiangxi province affected life satisfaction through sense of life meaning.
