凤凰县城乡中学生健康危险行为比较分析

摘要:目的 了解凤凰县城乡中学生健康危险行为现状及差异，为少数民族地区卫生、教育部门制定相关政策提供参考。方法 分层随机整群抽取凤凰县城乡中学生1 348名进行健康危险行为问卷调查。HTH]结果〓HTSS]凤凰县中学生不喝牛奶、常看电视、到非安全场所游泳、尝试吸烟、≤13岁吸烟、玩电子游戏成瘾的报告率分别为68.25%、58.01%、2915%、39.84%、29.53%、14.76%。其中，不喝牛奶、缺乏体育锻炼、到非安全场所游泳、上学无安全感、尝试吸烟、每天吸烟、≤13岁吸烟报告率乡村男生均高于城市男生（P<0.05）；不喝牛奶、经常或总是心情不愉快报告率乡村女生均高于城市女生（P<0.01）；常看电视、课外补习≧4 h/d、常玩电子游戏、玩电子游戏成瘾报告率城市女生均高于乡村女生（P<0.05）。结论 针对凤凰县城乡中学生健康危险行为出现的不同问题提出相应预防措施，有效控制和减少中学生健康危险行为的发生，提高其身体健康素质。

Comparative analysis on health risk behaviors between middle school students from urban and rural areas of Fenghuang county

Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to understand the current situation and difference of health risk behaviors among junior middle school students in Fenghuang county, in order to provide reference for making relevant policies by health and education authorities in minority ethnic group region. Methods A total of 1348 random junior school students in Fenghuang county were taken at different levels for health risk behaviors questionnaire. Results The ratios of not having milk, frequent watching TV, unsafe swimming, trying to smoke, smoking at the age under 13 years old and video game addiction in the junior middle school students in Fenghuang county were 68.25%, 58.01%, 29.15%, 39.84%, 29.53% and 14.76%, respectively. In the questionnaire, more rural students were reported than urban male students (P<0.05) in terms of not having milk, lacking exercise, unsafe swimming, sense of insecurity in the school, trying to smoke, smoking everyday and smoking at the age under 13 years old. More rural female students were reported than urban female students (P<0.01) in terms of not having milk, frequent or always being unhappy. Urban female students were reported more than urban female students (P<0.05＝ in terms of frequent watching TV, extra study no less than 4hs/day, frequent video game and video game addiction. Conclusion Responding precaution measures were proposed for different problems in the health risk behaviors among junior middle school students in Fenghuang county, so as to control and reduce these behaviors in middle school students and enhance health.
