| 摘 要： | 麒麟丸是在“肾主生殖”理论上创立的治疗不孕不育的经验方,近年来的临床研究表明其在治疗女性不孕症方面效果突出,可有效治疗多囊卵巢综合征、卵巢储备功能减退、薄型子宫内膜等。笔者总结梳理相关文献,综述麒麟丸治疗女性不孕症的临床研究进展,以期为其在女性不孕症治疗中的应用提供依据,同时为深入研究其作用机制和临床合理用药提供参考。

| Abstract: | Qilin Pill is an empirical formula for the treatment of infertility created in the theory of "kidney-dominated reproduction". Clinical studies in recent years show that it has outstanding effects on the treatment of female infertility, and can effectively treat polycystic ovary syndrome, diminished ovarian reserve, thin endometrium and so on. The relevant literature were summarized and reviewed the clinical research progress of Qilin Pill in the treatment of female infertility, in order to provide the basis for its application in the treatment of female infertility, and provide reference for the in-depth study of its mechanism of action and clinical rational drug use. |
