儿童1型糖尿病相关危险因素的病例对照研究

目的 探索儿童1型糖尿病与母亲相关危险因素的关系。方法 于2014年- 2015年在唐山市妇幼保健院随机抽取复诊的1型糖尿病患儿30例为病例组，同时随机抽取健康查体儿童60例为对照组，比较2组母亲孕前、妊娠、分娩、哺育等各阶段涉及的遗传与环境激发因素。采用卡方检验和非条件Logistic回归模型进行影响因素分析。结果 经多因素非条件Logistic回归模型分析，发现孕期病毒感染、母亲糖尿病家族史为儿童1型糖尿病的危险因素；儿童辅食添加时间、母乳喂养、儿童牛奶添加时间、孕期补充维生素D为保护因素。结论 孕期病毒感染、母亲糖尿病家族史、儿童辅食添加时间、母乳喂养、儿童牛奶添加时间、孕期维生素D补充与儿童1型糖尿病密切相关。

The investigation and analysis of risk factors of children type 1 diabetes mellitus

Objective This work was to explore the correlation between children type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) and maternal-related risk factors. Methods 30 children with type 1 diabetes for further consultation were randomly selected from Tangshan City Maternal and child health care hospital from 2014 to 2015 as the case group, and 60 healthy children were randomly selected as the control group. Between the two groups, genetic and environmental excitation factors involved in maternal pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and other stages were compared. The influencing factors were analyzed by chi square test and non-conditional logistic regression model. Results Multiple factor non-conditional logistic regression model analysis found that virus infection during pregnancy and maternal family history of diabetes were risk factors for children type 1 diabetes. Feeding time, breastfeeding, time of milk introduction and vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy were protective factors. Conclusion Virus infection during pregancy, maternal diabetes family history, time of introducing supplements to children, breastfeeding, the time of mik introduction and vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy were closely related to type 1 diabetes mellitus in children.
