摘    要:黄芪多糖 (Astragalus Polysaccharides,APS) 是黄芪根提取物中主要的生物活性成分。研究表明,黄芪多糖能刺激巨噬细胞活性,促进T细胞增殖,还能促进表面抗原在淋巴细胞中的表达,诱导较强的体液和细胞免疫应答,在非特异性及特异性免疫反应中发挥重要作用。黄芪多糖具有强大的免疫调节功能,作为一种理想疫苗佐剂具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了黄芪多糖的免疫调节活性及其作为佐剂在不同疫苗研究中的应用。

Abstract:Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) is the main bioactive component in the extract of Radix astragali. It has been confirmed that APS plays an important role in specific and nonspecific immune response, through induction of stronger humoral and cellular immune responses by stimulating phagocytes, promoting the proliferation of T cells and the expression of surface antigens on lymphocytes. Based on the strong immunoregulatory activity, APS may be used as an ideal vaccine adjuvant with a wide prospect. This article reviews the immunoregulatory activity of APS and its application in different vaccine research.
