闵行区婚检人群性行为及安全套使用影响因素分析

目的 了解上海市闵行区婚检人群性行为、安全套使用情况及其影响因素。方法 对2013-2014年上海市闵行区的婚检人群进行艾滋病相关知识、性行为情况问卷调查。使用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析影响未婚夫妻安全套使用的影响因素。结果 共调查1 058对婚检对象,女性平均年龄(27.1±3.7)岁,男性平均年龄(28.8±4.6)岁。与未婚夫(妻)发生过性行为的占74.2%,与未婚夫(妻)发生性行为时使用安全套的频率每次都用占34.3%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:年龄大于25岁是坚持使用安全套的危险因素(OR=1.30,95% CI:1.02~1.66),文化程度为大学及以上是坚持使用安全套的保护因素(OR=0.39,95% CI:0.17~0.87)。结论 闵行区婚检人群的安全套使用率较低,应进一步加强对性行为双方的健康教育,推广安全套使用。

Sexual behavior,condom use and associated factors among crowd of marriage checkup in Minhang District,Shanghai

Objective To analysis the sexual behavior,condom use and associated factors among the crowd of marriage checkup in Minhang District,Shanghai. Methods In 2013-2014,a crowd of marriage checkup in Minhang District were investigated with HIV/AIDS related knowledge,sexual behavior questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using single factor analysis and logistics regression analysis to examine the associated factors of condom use. Results A total of 1058 couples of marriage checkup were investigated. The average age of female is 27.1±3.7 years old and the male is 28.8±4.6 years old. 74.2% of them had sex with their finance/finance. 34.3% of them persisted in using condom. Multiple logistics regression analysis showed that couples who aged older than 25 years old are a risk factor(OR=1.30,95%CI=1.02~1.66)while the degree of education is a protective factor(OR=0.39,95%CI=0.17~0.87). Conclusion The rate of persisted condom use is low in Minhang District among the crowd of marriage checkup. We should strengthen health education among the couples and promote the condom use.
