高血压患者高血压防治知识与健康行为现状及影响因素研究

目的 了解泸州市社区高血压患者对高血压防治知识的认知及健康行为的现状，分析其影响因素，为制定有针对性的健康教育方案提供参考依据。方法 采用多阶段抽样的方法，对泸州市社区35～69岁的高血压患者进行问卷调查。结果 420位高血压患者中，高血压防治知识的知晓率为34.0%，健康行为的形成率为41.9%。非条件Logistic回归分析的结果显示，防治知识与健康行为的主要影响因素有性别、年龄、家庭人均月收入、是否参加慢性病知识讲座以及是否参加高血压健康管理等。结论 高血压患者的高血压防治知识的知晓率及健康行为的形成率均较低，多个因素影响患者对防治知识的知晓及健康行为的形成。

Study on the status and influencing factors of awareness of hypertension prevention and health behavior among the patients with hypertension

Objective This study was to learn about the status and the influencing factors of awareness of hypertension prevention and health behavior among the patients with hypertension, to provide reference for health workers to carry out health education on hypertension. Methods Using the method of multistage sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 420 hypertension patients from 35 to 69 years old in Luzhou city. Results Among 420 hypertension patients, the rate of hypertension prevention awareness was 34% and the health behavior formation was 41.9%. The results of non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of hypertension prevention knowledge and health behavior were gender, age, family income, and whether to participate in the health management of hypertension. Conclusion Both the rate of hypertension prevention awareness and the rate of health behavior formation were comparatively low. The influencing factors were gender, age, family income, and hypertension management.
