脑卒中患者吞咽功能与焦虑情绪的关系

目的 评估脑卒中患者的吞咽功能和焦虑情绪水平,分析二者间关系。方法 采用方便取样,对283名脑卒中患者进行汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)、洼田饮水试验的测评与分析。结果 (1)脑卒中患者吞咽障碍检出率为33.57%(95/283),洼田饮水试验得分(3.82±1.33)分。(2)焦虑情绪检出率为66.07%(187/283),HAMA得分(15.40±3.96)分。(3)不同吞咽功能患者的焦虑程度差异具有统计学意义( P<0.001);患者吞咽功能与焦虑水平呈负相关关系,具有统计学意义( rs=-0.498, P<0.001)。结论 焦虑情绪和吞咽功能障碍在脑卒中患者中较普遍且存在相关关系,在临床康复治疗中应注重对患者的身心双方面干预。

Relationship between swallowing function and anxiety in patients with stroke

Objective To investigate the status of swallowing function and anxiety in patients with stroke,and analyze the relationship between swallowing function and anxiety in patients with stroke. Methods 283 patients with stroke were selected by convenient sampling. They were conducted with the questionnaire of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Watian drinking water test. Results (1) 33.57% (95/285) patients with stroke lived with dysphagia,and the score of Watian drinking water test was 3.82±1.33. (2) Anxiety detection rate was 66.07% (187/283),and HAMA score was 15.40±3.966. (3) Statistically significance existed in the degree of anxiety among patients with different swallowing function (P<0.001). Swallowing function scores negatively associated with anxiety,and there was statistically significant difference (rs=-0.498,P<0.001). Conclusion Anxiety and swallowing dysfunction are relatively common in stroke patients with a negative relationship. The clinical rehabilitation treatment should pay attention to the physical and mental intervention on patients.
