摘    要:目的 建立酱油和醋中四种尼泊金酯防腐剂(尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金乙酯、尼泊金丙酯、尼泊金丁酯)的多壁碳纳米管固相萃取柱净化-高效液相色谱同时测定方法。方法 样品经碳纳米管净化后,高效液相色谱法分析。结果 方法线性范围上限至少为200mg/L,线性相关系数在0.999 7至0.999 9;方法检出限为0.090~0.120 mg/L,日内精密度为0.95%~2.51%,日间精密度为2.70%~5.76%。回收率范围为77.8%~99.2%。结论 本法样品处理方法简便、快速、重现性好、可用于批量样品中四种尼泊金酯类防腐剂的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of methylparaben,ethylparaben,propylparaben and butylparaben in soy sauce and vinegar by high-performance liquid chromatography after multi-walled carbon nanotubes solid phase extraction.Methods Samples were cleaned with multi-walled carbon nanotubes solid phase extraction and then were analyzed by high-performance chromatography.Results The upper limit of the linear range was at least as high as 200mg/L and the correlation coef?cients ranged from 0.9997 to 0.9999.The limits of detection were 0.090-0.120 mg/L and the intra-day and inter-day RSDs were less than 2.51% and 5.76%,respectively.The recovery rate ranged from 77.8% to 99.2%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and suitable for the quantification of 4 parabens in soy sauce and vinegar.
