国境中小口岸传染病防控相关措施的探讨

摘要:目的 探讨提高国境中小口岸传染病防控工作的措施。方法 以佛山口岸为例，从传染病防控工作现状、传染病检出情况和当前工作的存在问题三方面进行分析。结果 佛山口岸有多种防控措施，但仍然存在旅客信息难获取、体温监测结果存在误差、医学人员不足、快速检查不易开展等中小口岸普遍存在的问题。结论 结合口岸实际，提出快速应对、可操作性强的防控措施的建议，实现国境口岸对传染病防控的快速反应，提高应变处置能力。

Discussion on prevention and control measures of infectious diseases at small frontier ports

Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to discuss and improve prevention and control measures of infectious diseases at small frontier ports. Methods The present prevention and control situation were discussed, and the detection outcomes of infectious diseases and the current problems of the daily work at Foshan port were evaluated. Results The main problems of the infectious diseases' prevention and control at small frontier ports included the following: 1. It was difficult to know the Entry-exit passengers' information. 2. There were errors in the results of temperature monitoring. 3. There was shortage of medical quarantine personnel. 4. It was hard to make a quick check immediately.Conclusion The effective prevention and control measures should be suggested，which aim to improve the response skills of preventing and controlling infectious diseases at frontier ports.
