EpiData处理多选题录入的高效设计方法

摘    要:目的 探讨在EpiData中处理多选题数据录入的高效设计方法。方法 在常规的EpiData设计方法中新增一个字符型变量用于存储答案,通过在核查文件Check File中的 Pos(Substr: string; S: string)函数根据存储的答案判定并给每个多选项赋值形成高效设计法。比较常规的EpiData设计方法和高效设计方法的录入速度和击键次数来验证该方法的高效性。结果 高效法的录入速度明显高于常规法(t = 18.26, P<0.001),速度约是常规法的2倍,击键次数是常规法的1半。结论 高效设计法能极大地提高多选题的录入效率,减少数据录入人员的工作时间,值得推广普及。

Abstract:Objective The objective of the study was to explore a high-efficiency design method for inputting multiple choice questions by EpiData. Methods The high-efficiency design method was formed by adding a character variable in conventional EpiData design for storing answers, judging the stored answers via the Po (Substr: string; S: string) function in Check File and assigning values to every option. Efficiency of this method was verified by comparing input speed and number of keystrokes of conventional EpiData design and the high-efficiency design. Results Input speed of the high-efficiency method was significantly higher than that of the conventional method (t=18.26, P<0.001), about twice the speed of the conventional method. The number of keystrokes of the high-efficiency method was half of that of the conventional method. Conclusion The high-efficiency design method significantly improves the efficiency of inputting multiple choice questions, reduces work hours of data typists, and is thus worthy of popularization.
