温州市强制隔离戒毒人员生存质量及影响因素研究

目的 分析温州市强制隔离戒毒人员的生存质量状况及其影响因素,为制定提高戒毒人员生存质量的卫生服务措施提供依据。方法 采用药物成瘾者生存质量评定量表(QOL-DA)及自制问卷对温州市207名强制隔离戒毒人员进行生存质量测定,运用多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果 207名强制隔离戒毒人员以男性、年龄在30~50岁之间、本地户籍、初中及以下文化程度、无业者为主；首次吸毒年龄在20~40岁之间者占71.50%,单纯吸食传统毒品、新型毒品的比例分别为14.01%和50.24%,单纯口吸、烫吸比例为68.12%,多次戒毒、当前戒毒持续时间小于6个月的比例分别为66.67%和78.64%,32.85%的戒毒人员自我报告患有吸毒相关疾病。戒毒人员躯体功能(PH)、心理功能(PS)、戒断症状及毒副反应(ST)、社会功能(SO)4个维度得分分别为(34.04±6.82)分、(32.33±5.93)分、(49.49±6.61)分和(37.01±7.29)分,生存质量评价总分为(152.87±21.00)分。吸毒相关疾病、毒品类型、吸毒方式、户籍是其生存质量的影响因素。结论 强制隔离戒毒人员生存质量较低,应针对影响因素采取综合卫生服务措施以提高其生活质量。

Quality of life and influencing factors of compulsory isolated drug addicts,Wenzhou

Objective To analyze the quality of life status and influencing factors of compulsory isolated drug addicts in Wenzhou,and to provide a basis for developing health service measures to improve the quality of life of drug addicts. Methods 207 compulsory isolated drug addicts in Wenzhou were investigated by the Quality of Life for Drug Addicts (QOL-DA) and Self-made questionnaire.Influencing factors on quality of life were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results Most of the compulsory isolated drug addicts were male,aged 30 to 50 years old,local residents,junior high school and below,and unemployed.71.50% of them who first using drug were aged 20 to 40 years old.The proportions of who only used traditional drugs and new-type drugs were 14.01% and 50.24%,and the proportion of who only smoked or suck drugs was 68.12%.The proportions of who abandoned drug habits many times or less than 6 months were 66.67% and 78.64%.There were 32.85% of drug addicts self-reporting drug abuse related diseases.Scores of physical function and hunger sensory (PH),psychological spirit and self-esteem (PS),withdrawal syndrome and toxic effects (ST) and social support and operational capability (SO) were 34.04±6.82,32.33±5.93,49.49±6.61 and 37.01±7.29,respectively.The total score of QOL-DA was 152.87±21.00.Drug abuse related diseases,drug types,drug using ways and census register were the influencing factors of the quality of life. Conclusion The quality of life among compulsory isolated drug addicts is lower.Comprehensive health service measures for influencing factors should be taken to improve the quality of life in drug addicts.
