综合性康复治疗对慢性精神分裂症的作用探讨

目的 观察综合性康复治疗对慢性精神分裂症的作用及效果。方法 对30例慢性精神分裂症病人应用综合性康复并与对照组进行比较，采用住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表（IPROS）进行效果评定。结果 采用综合性康复治疗的病人社会功能缺陷程度明显降低，康复效果明显，且康复治疗时间与社会功能恢复呈直线正相关。结论 综合性康复治疗对慢性精神分裂症病人恢复社会功能，降低残疾程度疗效肯定，效果明显，应早期进行康复干预。

A study of chronic schizophrenia with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.

Objective To observe the effect of chronic schizophrenic patient with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. Methods Thirty chronic schizophrenic patients were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, then compared with control group, IPROS was used in assessment. Results The social function defect degree of the chronic schizophrenic patients decreased significantly the increasement of social functioning was positively correlated with the length of. Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy is benefit to patients with chronic schizophrenia in both rehabilitating social function and decreasing the defect. It is recomended that the patients should initiate the rehabilitation intervention as early as possible.
