电刺激红核对丘脑前核束旁核内脏感觉神经元电活动的影响

摘    要:本实验旨在操讨红核对内脏感觉传入有否调制作用。实验在清醒制动的大鼠上进行。电刺激红核对丘脑前核、束旁核中的大部分内脏痛相关单位的自发放电产生兴奋或抑制作用,并且可以抑制部分单位的内脏痛反应。表明红核可以影响内脏感觉传入冲动在中枢的传递。

Abstract:The modulation of sensory impulse transmission by the motor mucleus has yet not been proved in neurophysiology. the purpose of the present work is to research whether the red nucleus influences the visceral sensation or not. The discharges of three patterns of units (pain-excited, pain-inhibited and pain-nonsensitive units) evoked by electrostimulation of the splanchnic nerve was recorded in the anterior thalamic and the parafascicular nuclei respectively. Electro-stimulation of the red nucleus could increase or decrease the spontaneous discharge frequency of visceral pain-related u-nits and inhibit their response to visceral pain stimulation, the results indicate that activation of the red nucleus could influence transmission of the visceral painful afferent impulses in the central nervous system.
