连云港市食用贝类副溶血性弧菌污染状况调查

摘    要:目的了解连云港市沿海市场主要食用贝类缢蛏、花蚬副溶血性弧菌(VP)污染状况,为VP食源性食物中毒防控和预警提供依据。方法于2006-2007年连续2a的5—10月间,在连云港市海头、燕尾港、墟沟3个沿海贝类养殖区采集缢蛏171份、花蚬174份,参照国家标准GB4789.7—2003进行菌株分离、Vitek-32鉴定、最可能数值(MPN)进行定性及定量分析。结果在所采集的缢蛏和花蚬中共检出VP阳性样品235份,阳性率为68.12%。5—10月间样品中VP几何平均浓度为58.1MPN/100g,而7—9月阳性试样几何平均浓度达94.23MPN/100g。2种贝类及同期样品间VP密度的几何均数的统计差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但3个不同采样点之间样品VP含量差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。7—9月采集的样品中VP平均检出量显著高于5月和10月的样品(P〈0.01)。结论连云港市沿海主要贝类在夏季VP污染较为严重,不同沿岸食用贝类中VP污染程度不同。VP食物中毒的防控应因不同时间、不同海域采用不同的措施。

Investigation on Contamination of Vibrio Parahaemolyticus in Edible Shellfish in Lianyungang City

Abstract:To investigate the contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) in edible shellfish in inshore markets of Lianyungang city, provide evidence for prevention and early-alert of food poisoning caused by VP. [ Methods] 171 samples of Sinonovaeula constricat eanarek and 174 samples of Cyrenodonax formosana were collected in 3 inshore markets ( Haitou, Yanweigang and Xugou) of Lianyungang city from May to October of the year 2006 and 2007. The VP samples were determined qualitatively and quantitatively according to the Chinese National Standard GB 4789.7 - 2003, Vitek-32 identification system and the most probable number ( MPN ). [ Results ] 235 samples were positive of VP, and the positive rate was 68.12%. The VP geometric mean concentration of the samples collected from May to October was 58.1 MPN/100g, and the number was 94.23 MPN/100g in the samples collected from July to September. There were no significant difference in the VP geometric mean concentration between two kinds of shellfish collected in same time ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , but the difference in VP concentration among three sampling points was significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The VP concentration of the samples collected from July to September was higher than that collected from May to October significantlyl P 〈 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion ] The VP contamination of shellfish was serious in summer in Lianyungang city, and contamination degree was different in various sampling point. The prevention and control measures of food-poisoning caused by VP should be adopted according to different season and sea area.
