心理干预对晚期癌症病人生活质量的影响

目的]探讨心理干预对晚期癌症病人生活质量的影响。方法]对50例晚期癌症病人进行心理干预,通过生活质量评估表对心理干预前后病人的生活质量进行评估,生活质量量表包括食欲、睡眠、精神、家庭理解与配合、病人对癌症的认识、对治疗的态度、日常生活及面部表情8项内容。结果]心理干预前后病人的生活质量比较差异有统计学意义。结论]心理干预可协助病人坦然面对死亡,改善晚期癌症病人对死亡的不良认知及行为,促进病人的心理健康,提高其生活质量。

Influence of mental intervention on quality of life of advanced cancer patients

Objective:To probe into the influence of mental intervention on quality of life of advanced cancer patients.Methods:A total of 50 advanced cancer patients were carried out mental intervention.Then the quality of life of advanced cancer patients were evaluated before and after mental intervention by adopting quality of life evaluation scale which including eight items such as appetite,sleep,spirit,familial understanding and coordination,patient's cognition toward cancer,attitude toward treatment,daily life and facial expression.Results:There was statistical significant difference in terms of quality of life of advanced cancer patients between before and after mental intervention.Conclusion:Mental intervention can help advanced cancer patients facing death calmly and improve their ill cognition and behavior toward death.And it can promote their mental health and enhance their quality of life as well.
