| 摘 要： | 目的了解广州高校大学生呈现的强迫状态与自觉心理压力的发生状况,及强迫心理状态与自觉心理压力状况之间的关系。方法采用经专家审评自行设计的问卷对695名在校大学生进行调查。结果有47.9%的大学生存在焦虑状态,87.8%大学生有至少2项手机强迫心理状态表现,不同程度的强迫状态的发生与其心理压力水平的相关系数为r=0.403,P=0.000;(焦虑与强迫症状)r=0.502,P=0.000。结论应帮助大学生树立健康的心态应对学习、生活、工作压力,尽量减少各种疾病的发生。
