河南某高校学生膳食质量评价

摘    要:目的了解大学生膳食质量状况,为开展营养教育提供科学依据。方法对河南商业高等专科学校310名大学生进行回顾法膳食调查,采用修订的膳食平衡指数法(DB I-07)进行分析。结果在310名大学生中,51.14%的人谷物摄入过量,46.5%的大学生蔬菜水果摄入量过低,只有1.14%的大学生奶类及豆类摄入量达到推荐量。修订的膳食平衡指数法DB I-07用来评价大学生膳食状况,方法简便易行,结果可靠。结论对大学生开展针对性的营养教育,增加蔬菜水果、奶类、豆类和动物瘦肉类的摄入,以改善大学生的膳食质量。
