真空静脉采血拔出采血针避免医源性感染2种操作方法比较

目的比较真空负压静脉采血拔出采血针时避免医源性感染2种方法效果。方法将1200例体检者随机分成实验组（A组）和对照组（B组）2种操作方法均按要求在采集完最后一个血标本时，松开止血带。A组操作者右手食指和拇指握针翼下针梗拔针，左手握真空管顺延采血针中间软管螺旋状复位，右手中指和拇指拔出真空管针头法；B组操作者右手食指和拇指握针翼拔针，将穿刺针放入利器盒拔出真空管针头法。比较2组方法污染操作者的手和拔针时手指触碰穿刺部位次数。结果实验组拔离采血针时医源性感染率低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论右手食指和拇指握针翼下针梗拔针，左手握真空管顺延采血针中间软管螺旋状复位，右手中指和拇指拔出真空管针头方法可明显降低医源性感染。
