| 摘 要： | 目的探讨荧光膀胱镜诊治膀胱肿瘤术中的护理要点。方法分析25例荧光膀胱镜下膀胱肿瘤患者术中的护理。内容包括：患者术前的心理护理、物品的准备,体位的摆放,膀胱灌注药物的正确使用,术中的护理观察,荧光膀胱镜的保养。结果所有手术顺利完成,诊治效果满意,平均手术时间（40±11.6）min。结论荧光膀胱镜手术护理应重视术前物品的充分准备,熟悉仪器设备的使用,护士娴熟的配合护理是手术成功的关键。
