衡阳市某大学学生结核病防治知识信念和行为调查

目的了解衡阳市某大学学生结核病防治知识、信念和行为的状况。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法对某大学大一和大三的559名学生进行匿名调查。结果学生对结核病防治知识核心信息的总知晓率为43.45%;两条核心信息(结核病的传染性、结核病人应到专门机构检查治疗)的单一知晓率超过50%;学生获取结核病相关知识的途径主要为"听别人说的"(40.8%),其次为电视(25.4%)和报纸(14.8%);学生对结核病的态度和行为正确持有率较低,大三年级主动了解过结核知识的学生高于大一年级,正确持有率为31.3%;有56.7%的学生曾经拿过结核病防治的宣传资料。结论大学生对结核病防治知识的知晓率较低,对结核病信念和行为的正确持有率较低,有必要在大学生中广泛开展结核病防治相关的健康教育。

Investigation on knowledge, attitude and behavior regarding tuberculosis in university students in Hengyan City
