北京市中小学生月经初潮与首次遗精对体格发育的影响

目的了解月经初潮与首次遗精对北京市中小学生体质影响,为针对性进行青春期教育和性教育提供科学依据。方法分层随机整群抽取北京市汉族中小学生5 079名为研究对象,应用概率单位回归法、t检验进行统计分析。结果男生性成熟年龄明显晚于女生;男生首次遗精年龄城区比乡区早0.53岁,女生月经初潮年龄城区比乡区早0.07岁;同年龄组不同性发育状况的城、乡女生来潮组的体格发育状况均显著好于未来潮组,城区男生已遗精组与未遗精组差异无统计学意义,乡区男生部分项目差异有统计学意义。结论应针对不同性别、不同发育类型学生适时适量进行青春期教育和性教育,融入心理卫生教育与辅导,并采取更全面、科学的方式测定性发育阶段。
